1. Who We Are

Xtoryline is an independent art brand by Loocas, sharing original artwork, music, and limited edition merchandise created with heart and intention. Every piece is a reflection of emotion, healing, and storytelling.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to display all product details and images as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, design, or texture may occur — especially for hand-drawn artworks or printed apparel.

All original artwork remains the intellectual property of Xtoryline and Loocas, even after purchase. Purchasing a product does not grant permission for reproduction or resale.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) or TWD (Taiwan Dollar), depending on region. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as shown at checkout.

Xtoryline reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or unexpected system errors.

4. Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia and Taiwan.

Delivery fees, estimated delivery times, and courier options will be shown at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. Any import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer size exchanges.

Refunds are available only for damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, logos, music, and content on this Site belong to Xtoryline or Loocas. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, abuse, or attempted harm to the site, its users, or its creator may result in account suspension or legal action.
