1. Original Artworks

Each original piece is hand-drawn and one of a kind.


  • All sales are final.

    We do not accept returns or refunds for original artworks once sold.

  • Exceptions

    Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:


    • The artwork arrives damaged during transit

    • The wrong item was sent


To qualify, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:


  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number and contact info






2. Clothing & Merchandise

All clothing and printed products (e.g. T-shirts, tote bags) are made in limited batches.


  • All sales are final.

    We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for size or preference issues. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

  • Exceptions

    We will only offer a refund or replacement if:


    • The item is defective

    • The wrong item was sent


Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, with photos and order details.




3. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

  • Return shipping for approved refunds or replacements (due to damage/wrong item) will be covered by us.
